# List of timesheets by contract

GET https://api.letsdeel.com/rest/contracts/{contract_id}/timesheets

Returns timesheets associated with the specified contract, with optional filtering by contract type, status, reporter, and date range.

## Request

### Path parameters

- `contract_id` (string, required) — Deel contract id.

### Query parameters

- `contract_types` (list of enum, optional) — Filter results to timesheets associated with the specified contract types.
  - Allowed values: `ongoing_time_based`, `milestones`, `time_based`, `pay_as_you_go_time_based`, `commission`, `payg_milestones`, `payg_tasks`, `eor`, `unknown`, `employee`, `global_payroll`, `shield_msa`, `hris_direct_employee`, `peo`
- `statuses` (list of enum, optional) — Filter results to timesheets with the specified statuses.
  - Allowed values: `approved`, `declined`, `new`, `not_payable`, `paid`, `pending`, `processing`
- `reporter_id` (string, optional) — Filter results to timesheets submitted by this user ID.
- `date_from` (string, optional) — Filter results to timesheets submitted on or after this date (inclusive). Short date in format ISO-8601 (YYYY-MM-DD). For example: 2022-12-31.
- `date_to` (string, optional) — Filter results to timesheets submitted before this date (exclusive). Short date in format ISO-8601 (YYYY-MM-DD). For example: 2022-12-31.
- `limit` (string, optional) — Maximum number of records to return per page. NOTE: query parameters are passed as strings.
- `offset` (string, optional) — Number of records to skip before starting to return results. NOTE: query parameters are passed as strings.

## Errors

### 400 Bad Request Error

Bad Request - Validation error or invalid parameters.

Internal Server Error - The contract timesheets could not be listed due to an unexpected upstream or internal failure.

## Types

### ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItems

- `id` (string, required) — Unique identifier of this resource.
- `type` (string, required) — Deprecated - it is always "work"
- `status` (enum, required, nullable) — Current processing status of the timesheet.
  - Allowed values: `approved`, `declined`, `new`, `not_payable`, `paid`, `pending`, `processing`
- `contract` (ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsContract, required) — Contract associated with this timesheet.
- `quantity` (double, required, nullable) — Quantity of work units (hours, days, etc.) used to calculate the total amount.
- `worksheet` (ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsWorksheet, required, nullable) — Breakdown of time worked across different units.
- `created_at` (string, required) — Timestamp when the timesheet was created (ISO-8601).
- `description` (string, required) — Human-readable description of the work performed.
- `reported_by` (ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsReportedBy, required) — User who submitted the timesheet.
- `total_amount` (string, required) — Total monetary value equal to quantity times rate of active work statement plus any bonus.
- `currency_code` (string, required, nullable) — ISO 4217 currency code used for the amount.
- `date_submitted` (string, required, nullable) — Timestamp when the timesheet was submitted for review (ISO-8601).
- `scale` (string, optional, nullable) — Predefined scale used to calculate the timesheet amount (e.g. hourly, daily, custom).
- `attachment` (ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsAttachment, optional, nullable) — This object is used for linking file attachments to your records.
- `reviewed_by` (ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsReviewedBy, optional, nullable) — Reviewer information if the timesheet has been reviewed.
- `custom_scale` (string, optional, nullable) — Custom scale label defined by the client for non-standard billing rates.
- `payment_cycle` (ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsPaymentCycle, optional) — Payment cycle associated with this timesheet.
- `hourly_report_preset` (ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsHourlyReportPreset, optional, nullable) — Timesheet preset linked to this entry, if any.

User who submitted the timesheet.

- `id` (string, required) — Unique identifier of the reporting user.
- `full_name` (string, optional) — Full name of the user who submitted the timesheet.

### ContractsContractIdTimesheetsGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataItemsAttachment

This object is used for linking file attachments to your records.

- `key` (string, required) — You can call attachments end-point, get key and URL to upload your file.
- `filename` (string, required) — Original filename you used to upload using attachments end-point.

Reviewer information if the timesheet has been reviewed.

- `id` (string, required) — Unique identifier of the reviewer.
- `remarks` (string, required) — Reviewer remarks or decision notes.
- `reviewed_at` (string, required) — Timestamp when the review occurred (ISO-8601).
- `full_name` (string, optional) — Full name of the reviewer.

Payment cycle associated with this timesheet.
