# Review a single timesheet

POST https://api.letsdeel.com/rest/timesheets/{timesheet_id}/reviews
Content-Type: application/json

Submits an approve or reject decision for a timesheet entry. Approved timesheets are queued for inclusion in the next payment cycle.

## Errors

### 400 Bad Request Error

Bad Request - The request payload failed validation or violated a business rule for the timesheet review.

- `errors` (list of TimesheetsTimesheetIdReviewsPostResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaErrorsItems, required) — Validation or business rule errors describing why the timesheet review could not be processed, such as invalid input or the organization requiring the approval-requests workflow instead.

### 500 Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error - The timesheet review could not be processed due to an unexpected upstream or internal failure.

Review decision payload to apply to the timesheet entry.

- `status` (enum, required) — Review decision to apply to the timesheet.
  - Allowed values: `approved`, `declined`
- `reason` (string, optional, nullable) — Optional reason accompanying the review decision, typically used when declining a timesheet.

Container object confirming the outcome of the review operation.

- `created` (boolean, required) — Confirms the review was recorded.

- `code` (string, optional) — Machine-readable error code identifying the failure category.
