# Retrieve a single timesheet entry

GET https://api.letsdeel.com/rest/timesheets/{timesheet_id}

Returns a single timesheet entry.

## Authentication

Bad Request - The id parameter failed validation.

### TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaData

Timesheet entry combining its core fields with any approver decisions recorded against it.

- `id` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataId, required) — Unique identifier of this resource.
- `type` (string, required) — Deprecated - it is always "work"
- `status` (enum, required, nullable) — Status of this entry.
  - Allowed values: `approved`, `declined`, `not_payable`, `paid`, `pending`, `processing`
- `contract` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataContract, required) — Contract associated with this timesheet.
- `quantity` (double, required, nullable) — Quantity of work units (hours, days, etc.) used to calculate the total amount.
- `worksheet` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataWorksheet, required, nullable) — Breakdown of time worked across different units.
- `attachment` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataAttachment, required, nullable) — This object is used for linking file attachments to your records.
- `created_at` (string, required) — Timestamp when the timesheet was created (ISO-8601).
- `description` (string, required) — Human-readable description of the work performed.
- `reported_by` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataReportedBy, required) — User who submitted the timesheet.
- `reviewed_by` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataReviewedBy, required, nullable) — Reviewer information if the timesheet has been reviewed.
- `total_amount` (string, required) — is equal to quantity times rate of active work statement + bonus in this record
- `currency_code` (string, required) — ISO 4217 currency code used for the amount.
- `date_submitted` (string, required) — Long date-time format following ISO-8601
- `approvers` (list of TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataApproversItems, required) — List of approvers and their decisions recorded against this timesheet.
- `scale` (string, optional, nullable) — Predefined scale used to calculate the timesheet amount (e.g. hourly, daily, custom).
- `custom_scale` (string, optional, nullable) — Custom scale label defined by the client for non-standard billing rates.
- `payment_cycle` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataPaymentCycle, optional) — Payment cycle associated with this timesheet.
- `hourly_report_preset` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataHourlyReportPreset, optional, nullable) — Timesheet preset linked to this entry, if any.

- `title` (string, required) — Human-readable title of the contract.

Breakdown of time worked across different units.

- `days` (double, required) — Number of days reported.
- `hours` (double, required) — Number of hours reported.
- `weeks` (double, required) — Number of weeks reported.

This object is used for linking file attachments to your records.

- `key` (string, required) — You can call attachments end-point, get key and URL to upload your file.
- `filename` (string, required) — Original filename you used to upload using attachments end-point.

User who submitted the timesheet.

- `id` (TimesheetsTimesheetIdGetResponsesContentApplicationJsonSchemaDataReportedById, required) — Unique identifier of the reporting user.
- `full_name` (string, optional) — Full name of the user who submitted the timesheet.
