Create a collection for an IT asset
Recovers a device from a worker at offboarding, or to send it on for reuse, repair, or clearance. Picks a customer-owned asset up from its current location and routes it to a warehouse or a Deel-managed reuse location. Exactly one of warehouse_id or store_and_reuse_location must be supplied.
