Get registration/tax identifier fields for a country

Retrieve which registration and tax identifier fields a country requires before you submit a legal entity to Deel, so you can collect the right values ahead of the entity-creation call. Each field returns its name, kind (registration_id/tax_id), an optional validation regex, and a requirement level (mandatory/optional/bypass).
