Create worker access token

Issues a scoped access token granting a worker access to worker-side API endpoints. The response includes the token value and its expiry timestamp.

The Deel API uses bearer tokens to authenticate requests. All API calls must be made over HTTPS — calls over plain HTTP or without authentication will fail.
