Update Employee Information for EOR Contract
Applies partial updates to employee information on an EOR contract. Only accepts documented fields — any undocumented fields will cause a validation error. Updates are permitted only when the contract has a status of new, under_review, waiting_for_client_sign, waiting_for_eor_sign, waiting_for_employee_contract, waiting_for_employee_sign, awaiting_deposit_payment, or rejected.
