Retrieve average time per interview plan stage

Beta

Returns the average time applications spent in each interview plan stage across the selected jobs, not counting time the job was paused. Use it to find where the hiring process slows down, with results that match the ATS insights dashboard for the same filters.

Token scopes: ats:read, worker:read

Beta: this version requires the X-Beta: true request header and its contract may change before it is promoted to stable. It is scheduled to become stable on 2027-01-28.

The Deel API uses bearer tokens to authenticate requests. All API calls must be made over HTTPS — calls over plain HTTP or without authentication will fail.
