Update a timesheet entry

Use this endpoint to update an existing timesheet entry by its id when correcting logged hours or refining the work note. Send a PATCH request to /timesheets/:id with a data object containing fields to change, such as quantity, description, or hourly_report_preset_id. Both clients and contractors can perform this update. **Token scopes**: `timesheets:write`
