Declines an order that is awaiting approval, moving it to a final DECLINED status and leaving every item unapproved with no fulfilment started. Use this when a service desk needs to reject an order before approval instead of going through the Deel IT UI. This decision cannot be reversed.

The Deel API uses bearer tokens to authenticate requests. All API calls must be made over HTTPS — calls over plain HTTP or without authentication will fail.
