Create a consent token
Generates a time-bounded consent token used to authorize third-party service connections on behalf of an organization. The token expires at the time indicated by expires_at in the response.

## Authentication
The Deel API uses bearer tokens to authenticate requests. All API calls must be made over HTTPS — calls over plain HTTP or without authentication will fail.
