Download HRX documents
Generates a pre-signed URL for downloading a specific HRX document as a PDF associated with an EOR contract. The URL expires 15 minutes after generation.

## Authentication
The Deel API uses bearer tokens to authenticate requests. All API calls must be made over HTTPS — calls over plain HTTP or without authentication will fail.
